Great to meet you!

I chose to become a therapist because compassion has always been at the center of who I am. I’m drawn to people’s stories—their challenges, their resilience, and the quiet strength it takes to keep moving forward when life hasn’t been easy. People carry so many unseen burdens—stress, trauma, transitions, identity questions, family conflict—and I wanted to be someone who could walk alongside them rather than let them navigate those moments alone. My goal has always been to help people feel heard, validated, and empowered to make sense of their challenges in a way that honors their unique story. I want to help people reclaim hope, build healthier relationships with themselves and others, and discover the strengths they may not yet see in themselves. Being able to support individuals through their most vulnerable moments is a responsibility I take seriously and a privilege I’m grateful for every day.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and grounded. I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your story, and helping you create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, stress, and mood-related concerns. I also support clients navigating anger management, codependency, infidelity, open relationships, men’s issues, and family or peer conflict. Whether you’re dealing with a recent life change, or long-standing patterns, we’ll work together to understand your needs and build tools that support your well-being.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. We'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experiences.
