Great to meet you!

*If you don’t see an available day or time that fits your schedule, please feel free to reach out— I may be able to accommodate you at another time.

I believe therapy should be a safe and collaborative space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship challenges. My approach is compassionate and down-to-earth — I meet you where you are and work with you to move forward in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable. As a Military Spouse and Veteran myself, I also bring a deep understanding of the unique stressors that come with service life.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, interactive, and strengths-based. I draw from trauma-informed and evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness, and relational therapy to help clients gain insight, shift patterns, and reconnect with themselves and others. I believe in walking alongside you — not directing — and supporting your growth through honest conversation, curiosity, and practical tools. Each session is tailored to your goals, values, and pace.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions with a clearer understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and relationship dynamics — along with concrete strategies to cope, communicate, and heal. Over time, many clients find greater self-trust, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of connection — both within themselves and with others. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and at ease in your life and relationships.
