Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Megan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps women navigate stress, anxiety, and the weight of past experiences. I especially love supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and all things motherhood. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you’re always holding it together for everyone else, you don’t have to keep doing it alone. My approach is practical, compassionate, and tailored to what you need.

My approach to therapy

My style is laid back, and I approach therapy with warmth, compassion, and a little humor sprinkled in. In our work together, you’ll have space to heal, grow, laugh, and build a life that feels more balanced, grounded, and aligned with who you truly are.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll gently explore your sense of self, the patterns that show up in your life, and the ways your experiences and environment have shaped you. Clients often walk away feeling more grounded, more in control, and more connected to who they truly are. My hope is that you leave each session feeling seen and supported, with tools that make everyday life feel a little more manageable.
