Great to meet you!

My overall passion is reducing the stigma against mental health and for everyone to have equal access to mental health resources. Clarity Wellness Solutions was born from that passion. With time and space given to the self, clarity is possible for all. We rarely take time for ourselves to process traumas. Everyone has their own trauma. What matters is how we deal with it.

My approach to therapy

Mindfulness is how I found my own clarity so I prefer to incorporate that into my sessions in any way possible. Dialectical behavioral Therapy (DBT) includes mindfulness so I utilize that modality most, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

What you can expect from me

A warm, safe, supportive environment to explore past issues, create short-term or long-term goals to address any symptoms that are getting in the way of living a well-balanced authentic life.
