I’m a Social Work Independent Clinician licensed in Washington and Minnesota states. I have a master’s degree in Trauma Informed Clinical Social Work from Winona State University. I believe that therapy is about finding your authentic self and learning to embrace the suffering that is part of life.
It is my passion to develop a genuine relationship with my clients where we can safely have difficult conversations, face and resolve conflicts, and experience your authentic self, including your pain. My therapeutic modality is a blend of Mindfulness, Trauma-focused Therapy, Insight Oriented Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
I will work with you to tune into your true self, recognize your unfavorable coping mechanisms, and discover self-compassionate ways of living.
