Mizhgan Rasoul

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Master of Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University and over five years of experience in inpatient psychiatric care at Jefferson Health. My background as a registered nurse in behavioral health has given me a strong foundation in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and working with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders.

I provide medication management and take an individualized, culturally aware approach to care. Coming from a Central Asian background, I understand how culture, family, and personal identity can shape our emotional experiences. My goal is to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you feel empowered to heal and grow at your own pace.
