Great to meet you!

Hey, I’m Molly! As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, my work is rooted in my own lived experience and a deep commitment to creating the spaces I once needed. I founded my practice to offer a warm, grounded sanctuary for those navigating trauma. I believe in a collaborative approach that honors your unique neurotype and identity, helping you reconnect with your strength at a pace that feels safe for you. I show up as a real human, bringing lived experience and radical acceptance to every session.

My approach to therapy

I believe that everyone is unique, and that your therapy should be as unique as you are. I want to work with you in a way that recognizes your strengths, experiences, and needs. Together, we’ll build a collaborative, empowering relationship that helps you tap into your own resilience and start making positive changes.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. There is no pressure to "perform" or have everything figured out. We'll talk a bit about what brings you here, what you hope to find, and I'll explain how I work. It's mostly about seeing if you feel safe and comfortable in this space.
