Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual Latina clinician who brings both professional training and lived experience into therapy. As a mother of five, I understand the challenges of balancing parenting, relationships, career, and identity. Having overcome my own life challenges, I deeply understand how past experiences shape our emotional well-being. I offer a compassionate space where clients can feel seen, supported, and grounded as they work toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is both supportive and gently challenging. I help you notice patterns that may no longer serve you and guide you toward new ways of thinking and responding—at a pace that feels manageable. Growth can feel uncomfortable at times, especially when you’ve spent years in survival mode, but you won’t be pushed or rushed. I am here to hold space on the hard days, walk alongside you, and support you as you build steadiness, clarity, and a stronger connection to yourself and those you love.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you will be welcomed into a warm, nonjudgmental space where your experiences are honored and your voice truly matters. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable, focusing on what you need most in that moment. You’ll leave feeling supported and understood, with a renewed sense of steadiness and confidence in your ability to face life’s challenges and care for yourself along the way.
