Great to meet you!

I am an outpatient licensed professional counselor with Headway. I have received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling from Bellevue University in Omaha, Nebraska. I have a background in working with ages 12 to 65 with depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, stress, and other life adjustments. In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, spending time with family and friends, listening to music, and learning new things.

My approach to therapy

I firmly believe the client is the expert in their own life, meaning the client has lived their own experiences. In counseling, I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative, team effort. My approach is to work as a team to work through the goals the client would like to achieve while providing space to process emotions as they arise.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session with me to be an intake session where we discuss what is bringing them to services at this time.
