Great to meet you!

I am board-certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Family Nurse Practitioner, with nearly two decades of clinical nursing experience across various settings. I firmly believe that prioritizing mental health is essential for achieving happiness and stability in life. Seeking help is often the most challenging step, so I commend you for taking it. I specialize in managing anxiety, depression, and caregiver burnout.

My approach to therapy

Each person has a unique story, and your care should reflect that. When we decide to work together, we'll become partners in your therapeutic journey. Open communication and mutual respect are the foundations of our relationship. I'll be here to listen, challenge, and support you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

I begin with an introductory session where you can share your story and discuss your goals for seeking care. Together, we'll explore and clarify these goals. My aim is to create a warm and welcoming environment where you feel comfortable, vulnerable, and secure. In our subsequent sessions, we'll work collaboratively to turn your goals into reality.
