Great to meet you!

My name is Mwuese Igyor, I have held space for others as a social worker and licensed therapist since 2017. There is no better time than now to work through feelings of frustration, being overwhelmed, or feeling stuck in life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, holistic, and action-oriented. I integrate traditional talk therapy with somatic and holistic practices, recognizing the deep connection between the mind and body. I am especially mindful of cultural identity, lived experience, and systemic factors that impact mental health. I strive to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

A supportive, and judgment-free space where you can begin to share your story at your own pace. This session is focused on getting to know you, your concerns, your goals, and what has brought you to therapy.
