Great to meet you!

Hi there, I’m Dr. Nasr (Nahs-er) a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Do you feel overwhelmed trying to overcome your emotions while navigating life’s ups and downs? You are not alone. Together we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. With daily practice and self-understanding, a calmer more fulfilling life is possible. While medication management is my primary focus, I view medication as a means to achieve the stability needed to attain your goals.

My approach to therapy

My mission is for patients to achieve mental wellbeing through evidence-based, culturally competent mental health care. I find the most appropriate treatments (conventional and complementary) that safely and effectively address your symptoms while taking into account personal preferences, cultural beliefs and financial constraints. The treatment methods and tools I utilize are:

Medication Management

Functional & Integrative Behavioral Health

Coaching

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

What you can expect from me

During your first session we will begin to work on uncovering some of the emotional barriers that are keeping you from the life you want. We will begin to lay the foundation of your path to healing and decide if medication management is right for you, or if other provider referrals are needed, and often times, both.
