Great to meet you!

I have been practicing social work since 2012, and have been doing talk therapy since 2014. I graduated with an BSW from Boise State University in Idaho (2012) and an MSW from Northwest Nazarene University in Idaho (2014). I received my clinical license (LCSW) in 2018. My main specialities are working with individuals with trauma related disorders, anxiety or depressive disorders, as well as individuals who are going through identity or family issues.

My approach to therapy

My main focus is getting to know you as a person and helping both of us discover what has led you to the space you are today. From here we'll explore where you'd like to be and what action steps we need to take to help you get there.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an assessment and treatment planning session, following this we'll spend 1-3 sessions focused on creating your life timeline and exploring life events which have impacted your perception of yourself as well as how you perceive the world around you.
