Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Natalye—though you’re welcome to call me Nat, whichever feels more comfortable for you.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and bring over a decade of experience in the mental health field. My work has spanned a wide range of populations, diagnoses, and settings. I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, behavioral issues, and eating disorders. My clinical experience includes in-home services, inpatient hospitalization, residential care, and outpatient treatment.

With an empathic approach and dynamic disposition, I’m deeply committed to building strong, trusting, and positive relationships with my clients and their support systems. I believe that healing happens in safe, supportive spaces—and I’m proud to walk alongside my clients in that journey.

My approach to therapy

I have extensive training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family-Based Therapy (FBT). At the same time, I understand the importance of adapting to each client’s unique needs. Because of this, I confidently incorporate a range of therapeutic approaches to ensure a collaborative, individualized, and effective experience for every client.

With a warm, compassionate, empathic, non-judgmental, genuine, transparent—and often humorous—approach, I strive to support personal growth, promote social justice, and honor diversity. I welcome clients from all walks of life and create space for their unique identities, experiences, and strengths to guide our work together and fuel their progress.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect a warm, welcoming environment where they are encouraged and empowered to be their authentic selves. Transparency is a core part of the work we’ll do together, because real growth happens when we’re honest—with ourselves and each other. I can’t promise that you’ll walk out of every session feeling like a brand-new person—but I can promise you’ll leave feeling more empowered to face each day. And yes, we’ll share a few laughs along the way!
