Great to meet you!

I’m Natasha Kutzke, a licensed marriage and family therapist who helps clients heal from trauma, sexual shame, reconnect with their bodies and desires, and deepen intimacy and authenticity. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your story, understand the parts of you shaped by fear or shame, and move toward greater connection, pleasure, and self-acceptance.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I integrate Internal Family Systems to help clients understand and work with their internal parts, Emotionally Focused Therapy to strengthen emotional and relational connection, Narrative Therapy to explore and reframe personal stories, and somatic techniques to reconnect with the body. In sex therapy, I use a sex-positive, nonjudgmental approach focused on healing shame, deepening intimacy, and fostering embodied self-awareness. I create a safe space where clients can explore experiences, identify patterns shaped by fear or trauma, and move toward empowerment, connection, and self-acceptance.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave therapy with a stronger sense of empowerment, confidence, and authenticity. They often gain deeper self-awareness, a better understanding of the parts of themselves shaped by fear or shame, and practical tools to navigate relationships, intimacy, and their own desires. Therapy with me helps clients reconnect with their bodies, honor their needs, and build healthier, more satisfying connections with themselves and others.
