Great to meet you!

Welcome! I take a direct yet collaborative approach to therapy, helping you navigate challenges with a focus on practical solutions—and maybe even some laughter along the way. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where we can work together to help you move through life’s most distressing moments.

My approach to therapy

I believe in working together with clients to address challenges while maintaining a sense of humor to ease the process. I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety disorders, using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy as my primary treatment models. Additionally, these modalities allow me to assist clients process and heal from trauma, ADHD, PTSD, day to day triggers etc.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a sense of hope and practical steps to move forward. My approach often includes setting clear goals and providing actionable homework to help clients make meaningful progress between sessions. Whether we’re addressing anxiety, OCD, or trauma, I aim to empower clients with tools and strategies that lead to lasting change.

“Healing is hard. Not healing is hard. Choose your hard.” - (Many wise humans)
