I am empathic, compassionate, and genuinely invested clinician who wants to empower you to regain a sense of well-being. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 20 years of experience. I specialize in treating clients presenting with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Perinatal Mood and anxiety disorders, especially Perinatal OCD, PTSD, Generalized anxiety and grief and loss. I work with clients between the ages of 18-64.

My approach to therapy

My goal will be to create a strong therapeutic relationship by providing an empathic, supportive, open, direct, and nonjudgmental environment with bits of humor mixed in when we can. Not only will you be able to talk about what's bothering you but it's also important to know what to do about it!
