Great to meet you!

Hello, you have started your journey in a good place. A place that is supportive and caring as you go through the transition or experience that brings you to therapy. Therapy is more than a place for difficult times in one's life, it can be used for personal insight that leads to personal growth. These developments can lead to a more enriching life. And it would be my pleasure to share your journey.

My approach to therapy

I completed a Master's in Social Work in 2008 and began my career as a military social work therapist. I have worked with children, individuals, couples, and group therapy with diverse populations. This work experience has permitted me to learn a multitude of therapy techniques and approaches. My specialties are in relationship and intimacy therapy, communication, abuse, anger and stress management, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, ADHD, motivation and addictions, trauma, and more.

What you can expect from me

Clients I have worked with have told me they feel free to express their concerns without judgment. They reported feeling supported in difficult life transitions, and that I am a strong advocate for them. My goal is to help clients realize they had the resilience and resolve to face any challenge.
