Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up fully without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I’m compassionate, direct when needed, and focused on helping clients better understand themselves rather than simply “fixing” symptoms. I work well with individuals navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, grief, self-worth struggles, and major life transitions. My goal is to help clients feel emotionally supported while also gaining practical insight and tools they can apply in everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe healing begins with feeling safe, heard, and understood. I help clients explore patterns, process emotions, build healthier coping skills, and develop greater self-awareness. I balance empathy with honest feedback and practical strategies, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs, goals, and life experiences.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where we begin getting to know each other and exploring what brought them to therapy. The first session is focused on understanding your concerns, goals, personal history, and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable while beginning to identify patterns, challenges, and areas of support so we can create a plan tailored to your needs.
