Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Rachel (she/they). I am passionate about providing trauma-informed and culturally sensitive therapy to those navigating experiences including neurodivergence, identity-related challenges, complex trauma, OCD, attachment injuries, narcissistic abuse, religious oppression, and dissociative disorders. I offer an affirming, inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals and honor the impact that identity, community, and lived experience have on mental health.

My approach to therapy

Modalities often utilized in my practice include narrative therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also work from an existential lens, as we are all searching for our place and meaning within our existence.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll explore the obstacles and learned self-narratives that may be keeping you from living more authentically and fully. With greater awareness, compassion, and new tools, meaningful shifts often happen, within you and in your relationships.
