Great to meet you!

I am a passionate mental health practitioner with over five years of experience, specializing in children, adolescents, and young adults. My goal is to provide a safe, empathetic space where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Starting my career as an acute care nurse, I developed a holistic approach to care that integrates both physical and mental health. Over the years, I have focused on helping individuals navigate mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family or school and work related issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is centered on building a trusting relationship with each client. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to make positive changes. We will work together to help you lead a calmer, more fulfilling life.

I focus on evidence-based practices and work collaboratively with clients to develop strategies that support lasting change. My goal is to provide compassionate, comprehensive care that helps individuals improve their mental health.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session with a deeper understanding of themselves and practical tools to manage their mental health. We will work together to find the right treatment plan for you, tailored to your unique needs and goals. I focus on empowering clients with coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and a personalized action plan to help them navigate challenges. Through a supportive, collaborative process, clients will gain clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of control over their mental well-being. Ultimately, my goal is to help clients achieve meaningful, lasting progress toward their mental health goals.
