Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is both an art and a science; it is a privilege to work with individuals who are discovering their own unique strengths as they face challenges and foster resilience on their paths toward wellness.

My approach to therapy

I believe my clients are capable of growth and success in the therapeutic process when working with a client that best fits their needs. This rapport is essential, and I look at the whole person and all its parts. There are a variety of factors that can impact our mental health to include interpersonal relationships, the past, current stressors etc... Working with others to exam patters of thoughts and behaviors can lead to major shifts and changes for the better.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that through our work together, clients can discover and access strategies to experience life optimally.
