Great to meet you!

I work with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including emotional overwhelm, anxiety, stress/burnout, ADHD care, nervous system regulation, boundaries & relational issues, self-esteem and psychological immigration evaluations. I am trained to address complex relational emotional and relational patterns with compassion and expertise.

My approach to therapy

I do not believe healing comes from putting a bandage over symptoms. Together, we look at the deeper "why" behind your pain — including relational patterns, family dynamics, survival strategies, and the stories you may have learned about who you need to be. My role is to help you make sense of what is underneath the surface.

What you can expect from me

The first session is usually a relaxed conversation where we get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, review your goals, and answer any questions you have. There's no pressure to share everything at once, it's simply a starting point to see if the fit feels right.
