Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Ramie. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with adults navigating anxiety, high-pressure environments, relationship stress, and major life transitions. My work draws from family systems, behavioral activation, and trauma-informed approaches to keep sessions focused and useful. I have experience working with separation and divorce, parenting challenges, men's issues, sexual trauma, and the long-term impact of growing up in chaotic family systems.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is structured and grounded in real life. Sessions are active and collaborative, with attention to boundaries, coping, and clear decision-making. I work at a pace that supports the individual, particularly during times of stress or transition. For many clients, the work involves returning to long-standing patterns and their impact.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we'll begin working together rather than spending the hour on standardized questions. I use an interactive, real-time assessment to understand what's happening and what feels most important right now. Clients can expect active conversation, clear feedback, and space to slow things down to think things through together. By the end of the first session, most people leave with a clearer sense of what's going on and possible next steps.
