Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Raylene Ross, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a passion for helping individuals unlock their full potential in sport, career, and life. I am the founder of Living Your Truth Coaching and Consulting, LLC, where I integrate clinical counseling, performance psychology, and trauma-informed care to support people navigating high-pressure environments.

My approach blends cognitive-behavioral strategies with mindfulness, solution-focused techniques, and culturally responsive care. Whether you’re managing anxiety, processing trauma, or striving for peak performance, I aim to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I believe therapy should feel like a supportive partnership, where you feel heard, challenged, and empowered to grow.

As a mental health and performance professional, I specialize in helping high-achieving individuals manage anxiety, perfectionism, identity concerns, burnout, and life transitions. I also support athletes and professionals in building confidence, improving focus, and navigating performance pressure.

I bring a warm, direct, and strengths-based style to therapy, balancing deep emotional work with practical strategies. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, work through obstacles, and take aligned steps toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a collaborative, empowering, and nonjudgmental space where their experiences are affirmed and their goals are prioritized. Whether we’re working through life transitions, managing stress and anxiety, healing from trauma, or optimizing performance, my goal is to help you develop insight, build coping strategies, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

I create an environment rooted in trust, authenticity, and cultural responsiveness. My sessions are tailored to meet you where you are and to help you grow from there. Whether you're navigating a season of change or looking to perform at your best, I’m here to support you in showing up fully in your life.
