Great to meet you!

Helping you find your way back to hope!

I became a therapist because I deeply believe in the resilience of the human spirit. Life can bring seasons of anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, chronic illness, relationship stress, or unexpected transitions that leave us feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. Sometimes, simply being able to say, “This is hard,” is the first step toward healing.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2010, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside adults navigating complex emotions, life challenges, and personal growth. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and trauma-informed, creating a space where you can feel safe, supported, and understood.

I specialize in helping adults experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, work and relationship stress, as well as those living with chronic pain or medical conditions. Together, we work toward more than symptom relief—we work toward reconnecting with your inner strength, building resilience, and restoring a sense of hope and wholeness.

You don’t have to carry it all alone.

I am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and EMDRIA Approved Consultant-in-Training. I also offer hypnotherapy and I am ASCH Level 2 trained while working toward ASCH Certification.

My approach to therapy

Compassionate therapy for healing, growth, and reconnection.

I offer a safe, supportive space for individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, chronic health concerns, and relational stress. My approach is grounded in compassion and guided by evidence-based practices that help you reconnect with your strength, resilience, and sense of self.

I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and I draw from a variety of modalities to meet you where you are, including:

• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) • Brainspotting

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

• Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

• Ego State Therapy Informed/Parts Work

• Hypnotherapy

• Imaginal Nurturing

• Person-Centered Therapy

• Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)

My experience includes working with Veterans, Native American communities, single mothers, and aging adults and their families. These experiences have shaped my deep respect for each person’s unique story and cultural background.

Above all, my goal is to help you feel empowered—to move forward with greater clarity, self-compassion, and a renewed sense of hope. Healing is not about doing it perfectly—it’s about showing up for yourself, gently and consistently.

What you can expect from me

My clients often describe our sessions as a place where they feel deeply seen, gently supported, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges. Whether we’re exploring past wounds, managing daily stressors, or working toward personal growth, my goal is to help you feel more connected—to yourself, your values, and your inner resilience.

Through our work together, you can expect to take away:

  • Greater self-awareness and clarity about your thoughts, emotions, and patterns
  • Practical tools for managing anxiety, overwhelm, and trauma responses
  • Improved emotional regulation and the ability to stay grounded during life’s ups and downs
  • A sense of empowerment to set boundaries, make choices, and move toward healing
  • Relief in being truly heard in a space where there’s no pressure to be “fixed”—just supported

Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all journey. I’ll meet you where you are, and together, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more anchored, more understood, and a little more like yourself.
