Great to meet you!

Struggling with past traumas? We'll tackle them together. Anxious or feeling down? Let's find strategies that work for you. Feeling stuck? I'm here to help you find your path forward. My name is Jazmine Maddox, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor (LCSW-S) with a decade of experience in the mental health field. My focus is on providing compassionate and evidence-based treatment to individuals struggling with anxiety, coping issues, depression, grief, trauma, and PTSD.

My approach to therapy

By creating a safe and non-judgmental environment, I work with you to uncover your strengths and support your journey towards healing and growth. My approach to helping is grounded in cognitive processing, EMDR, and cognitive behavioral therapy, all of which has been proven effective in treating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD. I believe in the power of empathy and unconditional positive regard to create a safe and supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and validated.

What you can expect from me

I believe in your strength and resilience. Even if you can't see it yet, it's there – and I'll help you find it. Healing isn't a straight line, and that's okay. We’ll navigate this journey together, at your pace.
