As a former senior level executive, I specialize in meeting the needs of talented, busy professionals that have unique challenges in the their work and family lives.

I have a 25 year career as a senior financial executive with Dell Computer, Neiman Marcus Stores and Kay Jewelers Stores. Now as a licensed counselor, I incorporate those experiences into mental health treatment and career/life coaching. I have been a practicing therapist for over 20 years.

NOTE Missed sessions will result in a $120 fee. If I miss your session I will send you $120. In either case, a unforeseen urgent matter will prevent or reverse the charge. When sending you $ I will need a Venmo, PayPal or Zelle ID to send the funds to you.

My approach to therapy

I strongly support Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which focuses on how our thoughts and beliefs create emotional reactions that lead to our behavioral choices.
