Great to meet you!

If anxiety, stress, depression, or a major life transition has been weighing on you, therapy can be a place to slow down, feel supported, and start making sense of what you’re carrying. I work with clients who want practical tools, deeper self-understanding, and meaningful change. Together, we can identify what’s keeping you stuck and build strategies that help you move forward with more confidence and clarity.

My approach to therapy

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been practicing since 2013 after earning my Master’s in Counseling from St. Elizabeth University. My style is warm, collaborative, and empowering, and I draw on approaches like CBT to help clients better understand patterns, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you’re facing, and what you hope will feel different. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace, and we’ll begin creating a plan that feels practical, personalized, and doable. When you’re ready, I’m here to help.
