Great to meet you!

I've spent 13 years helping adults who are smart, self-aware, and genuinely trying — and still feeling stuck. Many of my clients come to me having already tried to logic their way out of anxiety or push through depression, and they're exhausted. What I've found is that understanding why you're stuck matters as much as learning new skills. I combine both: evidence-based tools that actually work, alongside the curiosity and collaboration to help you understand your own patterns in a way that sticks.

I see clients across New Jersey, Georgia, Maryland, and Minnesota — all via telehealth — so wherever you are in those states, we can work together.

My approach to therapy

My foundation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — a structured, research-backed approach that helps you recognize the thought patterns driving your anxiety, low mood, or stress responses. For clients dealing with OCD, intrusive thoughts, or avoidance patterns, I also use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is widely considered the most effective treatment available.

That said, I'm not rigid. Some sessions are very skill-focused. Others are more exploratory. What I'm always working toward is the same: helping you feel genuinely different — not just better at managing symptoms, but less at the mercy of them.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really a two-way conversation. I'll ask about what's been going on, what's brought you to therapy now, and what you most want to change. You don't need to have everything figured out or arrive with a clear goal — part of what the first session does is help clarify that together.

By the end, you'll have a clear sense of how I work and what a treatment plan might look like for you. Most clients leave feeling relieved — not because everything is solved, but because they have a direction and someone in their corner.
