Great to meet you!

You’ve taken the first step in your healing by being here today. Committing to therapy is a courageous act and an investment in yourself. I am here to walk alongside you as a

support for whatever you may be facing in this chapter of your life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and I received my educational training at Millersville University. I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which are evidence-based treatment modalities for individuals struggling with a variety of mental health concerns. I am also trained in Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Counseling, which is an effective approach for couples looking to improve their relationship. I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, co-occurring substance use concerns, grief and loss, relational and family problems, self-esteem issues, emotional regulation disorders, religious trauma, and women’s issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered, focusing on meeting my clients where they are on their healing journey and tailoring treatment to meet each individual’s needs. As a therapist, I am dedicated to providing a safe space for you to process your emotions and learn new skills to improve symptoms and experiences. I believe that each of us deserve a chance to be heard, understood, and supported. Therapy can be a powerful and life-changing experience, and I would be honored to be a part of that process.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will review your intake paperwork and get to know one another. You will have a safe therapeutic space to share your recent struggles and experiences with me at your own pace and comfort level. I will provide more detail and insight into my therapeutic styles and approaches to therapy and answer any questions you may have. Together, we will identify a plan moving forward to support your wellness journey.
