I am a warm, kind, non-judgmental listener that has been through a lot of adversity in my life. Due to the hard times I have struggled to overcome I work hard to show both understanding and compassion.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and certified in addictions (ICAADC) with years of experience working with individuals facing substance use, trauma, mood disorders, and major life transitions. I'm bilingual (English/Spanish), culturally competent, and bring deep compassion and professionalism to every session. Clients appreciate my direct, honest approach that still feels safe, supportive, and empowering. I believe that healing is possible with the right tools, guidance, and trust.
I work with adolescents and adults who want more than just healing and coping-I help folks connect the dots for how to live a more successful and joyful life. About half of my practice is focused on performance psychology, while the other half focuses on overcoming depression, trauma, and anxiety. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, driven, and curious. They're not only looking to feel better-they want to know why they feel the way they do. As I often say: descriptions can validate, but explanations heal. Together, we connect the dots between your experiences, patterns, and goals in order to thrive.
Hello and welcome! I’m Beth, and I’m so glad you’re here and have taken the important first step toward self-care. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. You may be feeling like you've lost motivation or that your emotions have taken over, or perhaps you're worried about a child. Whatever challenges you're facing, EVERYONE deserves to lead a meaningful life. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can confront their struggles, find empowerment, and regain a sense of security to start living their best lives.
As a highly sensitive person (HSP) with strong empathy, I understand the importance of compassion. I'm a down-to-earth person who has my own struggles, just like everyone else. I have two children: a son who recently got married and a daughter currently in college. Between my family, including my husband, we certainly know how to drive each other crazy! I love spending time outdoors in nature, as it helps me stay balanced. The tools and strategies I share with my clients are ones I’ve used in my own life, and I believe my experiences as a therapist, educator, mother, wife, daughter, and friend make me a relatable ally for those I work with.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent the first 20 years of my career as a school teacher in Philadelphia. During that time, I was privy to many difficult situations in my students' homes, including various forms of abuse and neglect. Unfortunately, the education system's main focus was on meeting academic standards, leaving little room to address the mental health challenges these children faced. I did my best to support them both academically and emotionally. Over time, I realized what my true calling was and I resigned from teaching to pursue a graduate degree in mental health counseling.
I specialize in helping adults and young adults manage anxiety disorders, panic attacks, chronic stress, and burnout using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches. I also support clients experiencing depression, trauma-related symptoms, and life transitions that feel overwhelming or hard to manage alone.
Many of the people I work with are functioning well but internally overwhelmed—dealing with constant worry, racing thoughts, physical symptoms of anxiety, or a persistent sense of being “on edge.” Others notice anxiety affecting their sleep, focus, relationships, or ability to relax and enjoy life.
Zakiyyah Muhsin-Fall is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health and family nurse practitioner who treats clients across the lifespan with various mental health and behavioral issues. She works with clients of all ages and treats client with mood , addiction medicine and various mental health disorders include but not limited to bipolar disorder, depression, ADHD, schizophrenia, psychotic disorders, anxiety, panic disorder and sleep disturbance.
I have a long background in working with people who have interacted with the criminal justice system. This has given me first hand experience in witnessing how trauma, anger, depression, and anxiety negatively impacts not just the individual but also their families and partners. It has also given me the opportunity to educate people on themselves and seeing the gratifying process of change that happens as a result.

Headway makes it easy to find support for your mental health — from finding the right provider, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Searching for therapists in Easton starts with finding someone whose experience matches what you want support with. Therapists may focus on concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, or life transitions. As you compare options, look for a therapist whose listed specialties, approach, and background align with your needs. Provider bios can help you understand whether a therapist uses approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or trauma-informed care.
In a smaller city like Easton, local in-person availability may vary by neighborhood, schedule, and specialty. Virtual therapy can expand your options while still letting you work with a therapist licensed in Pennsylvania. As you narrow your search, consider appointment availability, whether the therapist is accepting new patients, and whether they offer a free phone consultation before the first session. Reading profiles before booking can also show how a therapist describes their communication style and what sessions may look like.
Therapy in Easton can be a significant investment without insurance. Using in-network insurance is one of the most reliable ways to reduce session costs. Headway helps you search for therapists who match your needs, verify your insurance, and see an estimated cost before you book. You can compare bios, choose between virtual and in-person options, and book directly when you’re ready.
