A bit about my approach to therapy

RAA employs practical solutions to our day-to-day life stressors.Our treatment modalities include psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and addressing trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy. RAA offers in person and virtual appointments.

A client will be renewed and inspired to move forward in their lives with real tools to tackle the challenges which urged them to seek therapy and to embark upon new experiences which will enhance their lives.
