Great to meet you!

I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, trauma, addiction and recovery-related issues, multicultural and diversity-related concerns, LGBTQIA+ support needs, and challenges affecting military families. I believe every client has the capacity to find greater clarity and happiness, and I’m honored to support that process.

I hold an Education Specialist degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Science in Education in Counseling and Counselor Education from Indiana University Bloomington, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wabash College.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and supportive. I encourage clients to show up as their honest, authentic selves in a confidential, safe space where they can examine, process, and better understand their experiences. Together, we can explore your concerns and identify treatment solutions that support your needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, confidential space to discuss what brings you to therapy, share your concerns, and begin exploring the support you need. We’ll take time to understand your experience and consider potential treatment solutions. I also offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation before beginning therapy so we can discuss your presenting concerns and determine whether working together may be a good fit.
