Great to meet you!

Seeking support is a courageous step, and I’m here to provide a safe, compassionate space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges. As a Clinical Psychologist, I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, military-related issues, and mental health concerns related to pain management. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs.

My approach to therapy

Using evidence-based approaches such acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and interpersonal process therapy (IPT), I work with adults and adolescents to foster personal growth, resilience, and healing. Whether you're struggling with stress, grief and loss, life transitions, or seeking personal development, I’m here to help you build a meaningful and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

With 14 years of experience, I have intentionally diversified my clinical experience through working in a variety of settings consisting of residential treatment, community mental health, VA Healthcare System, active-duty Navy psychology, Department of Defense (DoD) as a civilian psychologist, and now private practice. I create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. I believe in a holistic approach when conceptualizing a client's presenting concerns. Considering your mental, physical, and your personal values are essential elements to the healing process.

"True healing isn't just about mending what's perceived to be broken; it's about discovering the unbreakable strength and purpose within you."
