Great to meet you!

Life can be overwhelming, but therapy is a safe place to breathe, tease out ideas, & gain clarity. I practice with openness to all walks of life with non-judgement and unconditional acceptance. Through a compassionate and caring approach, I offer therapeutic support in the discovery & creation of your best life.

I tend to be very booked, but I do offer scheduling flexibility beyond what shows on the digital calendar, so when we talk, we can figure all that out according to your needs!

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, & substance abuse/recovery using a variety of approaches including Dialectic/Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, Neuro-informed, Trauma-informed, Solution Focused, Collaborative, & Transpersonal. I work with adults, from young adults to middle age, through tough times, career changes, and all kinds of relationships.

What you can expect from me

Freedom from negative & destructive thoughts is one of my primary focuses. My hope is that through caring therapeutic support and innovative approaches, I can help others enjoy life, get creative, find meaning, and open up possibilities. In therapy, we can freely explore options in order to find deeper meaning in everyday life and even create new beginnings.
