Great to meet you!

Hi, I am looking forward to meeting you and hopefully working together in an effort to resolve your current challenges.

I firmly believe you already know what you need, my role is to help you discover how to meet that need.

You have already taken the first step!

My approach to therapy

As a mental health counselor, certified End of Life Doula, and having several clients dealing with terminal illnesses, such as cancer; when working with clients, I find it to be utmost important to build a solid relationship together. Respect, honesty and remaining non-judgmental is the key to a strong foundation. Along with this, I also find that a little humor at times can be beneficial to establish common ground.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can anticipate I will be wanting to get to know you. I plan to listen to what you have to say, but am aware at times the first session can be uncomfortable, so I will assist by asking questions to help guide the conversation.
