Great to meet you!

For 25+ years I have been successfully treating people dealing with a variety of trauma/anxiety/mood disorders. Stress/anxiety is part of daily life stressors, and I have assisted hundreds of people in overcoming life's challenges. I will assist my clients in developing an ability to implement techniques such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Exposure Therapy to manage stress and anxiety in their lives.

My approach to therapy

Through the use of CBT therapy client's are able to understand the relationship between triggers, thoughts, emotions, and how they result in specific behaviors. Through that realization clients are able to identify troublesome thought patterns and how to challenge and change those thought patterns to alleviate stress and anxiety.

What you can expect from me
