I have a particular interest in working with military individuals, veterans, and their families, as well as clients navigating ADHD and autism. I understand that these experiences can impact identity, relationships, and daily functioning in unique ways, and I aim to provide support that is both practical and affirming.
My clinical approach is collaborative, compassionate, and culturally responsive. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and respected as they explore their experiences. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, and relational therapy models. This allows me to tailor therapy to each client’s needs—whether that involves building coping skills, shifting unhelpful thought patterns, strengthening relationships, or focusing on solutions and forward movement.
I have experience working with clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, relational conflict, neurodivergence, and the impact of trauma. I am also attentive to the ways culture, identity, and lived experience influence each person’s story and healing process.
My goal is not to “fix” clients, but to work alongside them in understanding their experiences, building resilience, and fostering meaningful, lasting change.
