Great to meet you!

I'm a clinical social worker, licensed in Oregon and Oklahoma, with experience in medical social work and private practice. I work especially well with neurodivergent folks, and people navigating medical and complex trauma, grief, and big life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, and a care a lot about justice and power dynamics in the therapy room. Together we'll look at at what's actually happening in your life right now, honor where you've been, and build practical changes that feel possible for the real you, not some imaginary perfect version.

What you can expect from me

In our first session you can expect a soft landing, not an interrogation. I'll be curious about your world, not rushing to 'fix' you, and we'll figure out together what you're hoping therapy will do for your life. I'm transparent about what I'm doing as we go, and I'll keep checking in to make sure the pace and focus feel okay to you.
