Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Sarah. With 30 years of professional experience in the mental health field, I've had the privilege of working in hospitals, clinics, and private practice settings. My journey has equipped me with a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health. I hold a Master's degree and am a Licensed Independent Social Worker, dedicated to supporting individuals through their unique challenges.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These approaches allow me to tailor our sessions to your specific needs, whether you're dealing with past trauma, grief and loss, parenting issues, or managing day-to-day life stressors.

What you can expect from me

Creating an open and safe environment is at the core of my therapeutic philosophy. I believe that therapy should be a space where you can share your thoughts, behaviors, and feelings without fear of judgment. It's important to me that you feel heard and understood as we work together towards your goals.

Taking the first step to seek a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and I'm here to support you in that process. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, perinatal support, PTSD, trauma, family relationships, or life transitions, I'm committed to helping you find the strength and resilience within yourself.

I invite you to reach out and take that first step towards a brighter future. Let's work together to create the change you desire.
