Great to meet you!

I graduated from Auburn University and the University of South Carolina, respectively, and have twenty-five years of experience working with adults who are navigating life with mental illness, chronic disease, terminal illness, developmental disabilities, family conflict/estrangement, marital stress/dissatisfaction, and caregiver stress.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to helping clients develop and maintain better relationships with their friends, neighbors, family members, and co-workers. My work focuses on identifying ineffective behaviors, errors in thinking patterns, unproductive habits, and false beliefs, so they can be addressed appropriately. I believe in taking a collaborative, client-centered approach with my clients that is grounded in honesty, respect, and client-empowerment to ultimately help clients reach their goals.

What you can expect from me

A readiness to face challenges with confidence and self-determination to lead a happier, more fulfilling life.
