Dr. Williams earned his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University and completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry at Walter Reed. He is board-certified in Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, and Sleep Medicine by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Williams is recognized as a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association (APA) and as a Fellow of both the ACP and the AASM.
