Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about creating a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and heard. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and other difficult life experiences. My approach is compassionate and down-to-earth, while also providing practical tools that can be used beyond the therapy session. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up as yourself, work through challenges without judgment, and move toward the life and relationships you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I provide a safe space to explore what’s happening in your life while also helping you develop practical tools you can use outside of therapy. Together, we’ll identify patterns, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful changes at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and better equipped to handle life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss what you’ve been experiencing, what you hope to gain from therapy, and any goals you would like to work toward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Most importantly, I want you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work ahead.
