Great to meet you!

Hi!

I’m a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of clinical experience. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University and completed my Post-Master’s Certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Wilkes University. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Virginia. My dual training in family medicine and psychiatry allows me to thoughtfully consider both mental and physical health factors when developing treatment plans.

My approach to therapy

My care is designed with women in mind and welcoming to all who value collaborative, respectful, whole-person mental health care. I pay careful attention to factors such as hormones, life transitions, and other biological influences that can affect mood, energy, and overall mental wellness.

I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and substance use concerns.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that aligns with your mental health goals while honoring the whole person—mind, body, hormones, and life context—so you can feel supported, understood, and confident in your care.
