I am a licensed clinical social worker with about 30 years of experience in the mental health field. I completed my undergraduate work at Cornell University and have both a MSW and MPA, which allows me the opportunity to support C-level executives successfully. I support people from diverse backgrounds with ease, especially the BIPOC community.
I value direct communication and living an authentic life. Being or becoming comfortable to express one's truth is one of the main goals when working with clients. I offer non-judgmental acceptance in a confirming environment. I specialize in trauma, relationships, depression and anxiety.
I believe that people come to therapy because they want to get better and are committed to do the work required. I expect that people will be consistent and focused on doing their best.
