I have over 10 years’ experience working mental health settings. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Virginia State University, my master's degree from Liberty University, my post-graduate certificates from North Central University. I am Harvard Medical School trained in treating couples. Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

My approach to therapy

I believe people strive to live their best lives. At times, life can throw in a few challenges and reaching out for help is not always easy. I am here to help! Together we can face those challenges and get you closer to your goals. I strive to support adults through life transitions. I work with adults who may have experienced trauma or who may feel overwhelmed, lonely, hopeless, afraid, worthless, unsure, angry or unmotivated. My style of therapy is targeted to help people heal and grow into the best version of themselves.
