My approach to therapy

I am client-centered and use the principles of supportive therapy to therapeutically help the client in symptom reduction so they can begin to feel good about themselves and their relationship with others. My focus is helping the client improve their sense of self, minimize negative thinking, and reinforce their strengths and the ability to cope with life circumstances. I support the client to move in a positive direction to manage stress, cope, and advance through any of life's situations.
