Great to meet you!

You are a working mom. Your career is demanding, your child(ren) beg for your attention and you and your spouse only see each other at bedtime. You are feeling stretched too thin, overwhelmed, and battling crippling mom guilt, and maybe some imposter syndrome. You are lacking self care practices and lack a life/ work balance.

If this is you, I can help. I help moms "mom" confidently while building the life of their dreams.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is supportive, reaffirming, and empowering. It is important that you have a space that you can express yourself freely and feel comfortable saying difficult things aloud. I work to encourage you to explore certain feelings and thoughts, the origin, and understanding. I encourage clients to be fully accountable in designing their mental health journey, while holding you accountable along the way.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard, understand, and validated. Client's will gain clarity on what their specific life/work balance and become empowered to establish and enforce boundaries with themselves and others for alignment. Client's better understand beliefs and cognitive distortions that have perpetuated previous cycles of disappointment and confusion.
