Great to meet you!
Hi there! I'm a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) originally from the Bronx. My extensive experience working with BIPOC communities focuses on addressing housing insecurity. Over the years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and children who have faced trauma, grief and loss, substance use, housing instability, and mood disorders. I incorporate various Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs) such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in my work.
After gaining valuable experience in the Bronx, I moved to Portland to continue my mission of addressing housing insecurity, particularly among veterans. My approach is compassionate and client-centered, with a strong emphasis on CBT, ACT, and DBT.
My journey has now brought me to Michigan, where I see clients virtually, supporting ongoing individual needs. I am currently taking clients in Michigan, Oregon and New York.
