Great to meet you!

A few experiences in my life have positively impacted my connection with others. A majority of my experience has been working in dual diagnosis facilities, which has provided me with considerable insight into mental health and substance abuse. Secondly, I worked as a special education teacher, gaining insight from both the parent’s and child’s perspective. Lastly, I am connected to the veterans community, having had numerous people in my life be in the military.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I received my undergraduate degree in psychology at Marist College and my graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Fairfield University. During my education I learned CBT, Solution Focused, and Structural Family Therapy, which I use currently.

What you can expect from our first session

I provide a safe space to feel comfortable talking about any issues you might be up against. In addition to being a marriage and family therapist, I also provide therapy for individuals and anyone wanting help.
